There is a sense of all-round satisfaction among staff at the Oldham-based Ripple, where one in five workers has been with the firm for at least 10 years. Managers make good use of employees' talents (73%), there are low levels of stress (80%) and staff are inspired by the boss David Wolfenden (81%). It's so good another job would not tempt them away (85%).
