ROAST are an independent online performance agency, offering full-service digital, including search optimisation, campaign creation and distribution, social, display, programmatic and mobile. They work with B2B clients across multiple sectors. Set up in 2015 by Ollie Bishop and with four other marketers, the London agency had a vision of delivering intelligent digital, fuelled by an in-depth understanding and knowledge of how to deploy this insight through digital channels. In March 2016, ROAST was shortlisted for Agency of the Year after just one year's existence and Google chose ROAST to feature in a Google Partners case study, recognising their rapid growth. Today, they have over 50 staff. ROAST are different. Employees are assigned to one of five ‘houses', schooldays-style: Cauliflower Cheese, Gravy, Mash, Stuffing and Horseradish. This ensures everyone is supported not just by the company but by their house. It's all part of the family mentality.

ROAST wanted to build a people-focused business. To help with this, they created ROAST Houses. Each member of the founding team is a House Captain, with people placed in Gravy, Stuffing, Horseradish, Mash or Cauliflower Cheese. This offers a deeper level of support.
