ROQ provide strategic software-testing solutions to world-leading organisations. The Lancashire company, chaired by Clive Grummett, was founded by Directors Stephen Johnson and Mark Bargh in 2009 and recently moved into smart, 150-seat accommodation in Chorley. It was engaging with and listening to clients that helped ROQ recognise there was a need for a more flexible and responsive approach to software testing that improved upon traditional service-delivery models. As a direct result, ROQ established its UK-based Test Lab. This world-class facility enables ROQ to deliver strategic software-testing solutions that make a genuine difference to clients. ROQ are also adept at finding effective ways of working in partnership and listening closely to what clients want. ROQ recognises staff as individuals, rewarding them in ways they'll value, such as a meal out for the family, an Amazon voucher or a weekend away.
