Royal Over-Seas League are dedicated to championing international friendship and understanding throughout the Commonwealth and beyond. A non-profit membership organisation and clubhouse, they have been bringing like-minded people together since 1910. They are dedicated to championing international friendship and understanding. They help artists and musicians across the Commonwealth connect, collaborate and create. Members enjoy a luxury clubhouse with accommodation in St James's, London, a vibrant event calendar packed with tours, trips and talks, and links to over 100 reciprocal clubs worldwide. There were many employee engagement initiatives implemented in 2018. These included a summer party in Green Park, the launch of a quarterly communication meetings, exit interviews for all leavers and the introduction of a leadership development programme for directors. To recognise and reward staff they give out Easter Eggs at Easter, ice creams during the summer, and chocolates on Valentines day.
