Signify Technology offers free private healthcare to all employees through Vitality. This includes a discount of up to 50% on selected gyms, an employee assistance programme, discounted health checks, and mental health support.

In addition to this, the organisation recognises that it’s not only the health and wellbeing of its employees that is important, but also the health and wellbeing of its employees’ loved ones. Signify Technology has integrated progressive policies such as one month bereavement leave to allow employees time to emotionally recover from losing a loved one. Similarly, employees can take up to 30 business days of paid time off for the purpose of serving as an organ donor to another person, and a further five business days paid time off to donate bone marrow.

Furthermore, every employee at Signify Technology has the opportunity to request one day of last minute leave each quarter as duvet days. This policy is important to the organisation as it recognises that sometimes life and work can get overwhelming and people just need a little bit of time to themselves to decompress and return to work feeling rejuvenated.
