Founded in 1997, it aims to provide a "gold standard" of physiotherapy, massage and pilates to help people move better. "Don't treat, cure" is the motto and employees go out of their way to provide a great service (a 94% positive score, and a top 20 ranking). They have the support they need to do this (82%). Solomon Canevaro, physiotherapist and research co-ordinator, says that working for the firm is a real learning experience. "Therapists aren't always very good business people. Rupert Crowfoot, the chief executive, has a financial background, so this is an amazing place to learn." People feel they have unlimited chances to learn and grow (82%) and gain valuable experience (87%) — both further top 20 scores, while deadlines remain realistic (85%, a top four score). It figures that nobody puts their back out because of the job (87%).
