SoloProtect are a globally trusted, lone worker market leader - a passionate and innovative partner dedicated to reducing organisations' risk. The company provides lone worker safety solutions - discreet, mobile communication devices that allow a user to raise an alarm and receive support if victim to aggression or injury - to employers. SoloProtect, previously Connexion2 Limited, was formed in 2003 and was acquired in 2013 by the US-based Broady Family. SoloProtect LLC was established in Texas, giving the company access to markets in North America. Since then SoloProtect B.V was established for the Dutch, French and German markets. In June 2017 its Identicom lone worker device was re-branded as SoloProtect ID. Headquartered in Sheffield, the company is led by Managing Director Craig Swallow, who always encourages feedback, and attempts to be as visible around the office as often as his schedule allows.
