Stafford & Rural Homes are a social housing provider and the largest social landlord in Stafford. They also offer shared ownership homes, a telecare personal security system and planned maintenance works. Core company values include being approachable, respecting, empowering and supporting. Communication is also key and in 2017, they implemented a major digital business transformation project to boost engagement with customers and with staff. New technology has given staff a better understanding of what their colleagues do and teams have increased contact with one another as a result of these innovations. All company literature starts with vision, values and objectives. Stafford & Rural Homes manage more than 6,000 homes across Stafford and the surrounding area. Unique wallpaper is displayed on each floor of the organisation to depict its history since it was founded in 2006 and this is constantly updated to reflect current developments.
