Architects at Leicester-based Stephen George & Partners will be offering their skills to help build houses for Aids orphans in South Africa this year. Profit is not the only thing driving the firm (80%) and it also offers the 130 staff excellent training (75%). Training day speakers have included Sir Ranulph Fiennes. Flexible hours are available and employees give the firm 71% for questions on wellbeing.
