Work is certainly entertaining at the telecoms firm Supply Communications, which recently organised circus acts and a light show to brighten up its Christmas party. The new entry to our list was founded in 2008 and sells telecoms equipment and services to other small- and medium-size enterprises from its office in Romsey, Hampshire. And its 60 employees have a breakout area in their new office building, equipped with table tennis, basketball and football goalposts, and vending machines that dispense for free. There are team-building events, such as a charity fundraising summer sports day at a local football club, followed by a meal, drinks and dancing “for those who could still walk”.
