Tandberg people don't see red at work — they just go green. The company is a worldwide provider of video conferencing and mobile video devices, so people don't need to travel in order to communicate face-to-face. The 77 employees feel good about the environmental impact of the products they sell and the ecologically friendly attitudes of the organisation. They give the firm's highest-ranking score (86% positive, fourth) for doing a lot to protect the environment. The global company has headquarters in New York and Norway, but its UK office is based in Egham, Surrey.
