Staff at the Twickenham charity, which offers low-cost home ownership to those on lower incomes, rate the sound values of the company (81%) and its managers' strong leadership (70%). Chief executive Keith Holloway comes in for high praise, getting an 82% score for doing a great job from staff who have fun at work (80%) and feel fully involved (78%).
