The Brilliant Club provide teaching services to children in primary and secondary schools nationally. Founded in 2011, the charity has grown from working with one school in north London to over 800 schools and 13,000 pupils across the UK in the past year. Also in the past year, The Brilliant Club has made significant progress towards achieving two of its major goals. First, the charity has enhanced its reputation for robust research and evaluation by demonstrating a statistically-significant impact on pupil progression to highly-selective universities for the third year running, as measured by an independent control group analysis. Second, it has expanded its provision to all four nations of the UK, while delivering more programmes to schools in harder-to-reach rural villages, coastal areas and post-industrial towns than in metropolitan areas for the first time. The Brilliant Club provide their talented and dedicated employees with 36 days of annual leave per year, inclusive of their entitlement to public and bank holidays in England and Wales. The inclusion of public and bank holidays into annual leave reflects their recognition of the diversity in the workforce and how their employees wish to use their rest time. Annual leave increases by one day per year up to a maximum of 41 days after five years. They go above and beyond the statutory minimum of 28 days in recognition of the effort and commitment to the charity shown by their employees' work. They truly recognise the time, effort and dedication of their teams nationally and want to reward them accordingly with adequate time to rest, recuperate and pursue their personal interests. This benefit continues to be recognised and valued by employees across the charity.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
