As holders of an Investors in People Gold award, ExcluSec has built an atmosphere of mutual trust in its Bolton headquarters and offices in Manchester and Warrington. Directors and Managers ensure they stay in touch with employees through regular communications, as well as offering 'coffee and chat' sessions where staff can have an informal conversation about whatever they want to discuss.
All managers are enrolled onto a World Class Manager course to help develop their skills within their roles, and are met with on a monthly basis to discuss their performance, action plans and any additional training they may need to become the best leader they can be.
