Housing means more than simply putting roofs over heads, as employees of The Havebury Housing Partnership recognise. This housing association, which manages more than 6,000 houses and flats in Suffolk, made a big contribution to revamping a local playground last year. It now has smart swings, slides, a roundabout and a zipwire. Staff believe the association has a strong social conscience (an 81% positive score). Havebury also scored well for its support of staff development.
