The Inn Collection Group is a leading pub with rooms company owned by The Harris Family Trusts. With 32 sites in beautiful locations, it offers quality food, beverages, and accommodation at affordable prices across the Northern England and North Wales.
Customers are offered well serviced rooms maintained to an excellent standard as well as great pub food and drinks.
Considering the Inn Collection Group is so expansive, it knows it can only run smoothly if its communication is strong. It uses a one stop shop weekly newsletter, ‘BulletINN’ that provides all the information teams will need to for their areas.
It also knows that the positive wellbeing of its employees can only be effectively achieved with conversations between employees and their managers. It believes in nurturing its management teams to be great, human, and authentic so any concerns can be addressed and the appropriate action can be taken.

Its sites are geographically situated to allow for cluster support and it actively encourages this as part of its area management. As a result, its general managers come together monthly and provide each other support. It also runs training within regional hubs allowing for relationship building across sites and for some great peer-to-peer learning.
