Many good causes can provide evidence that the Morson Group means business when it talks about community values. Since 2007, the engineering recruitment operation has raised well over £2 million for charity.

Morson believes it is defined by not what it gains, but what it gives back, which is instilled by a sense of family that runs throughout the group. It supports the education, safety, sustainability and development of its employees and communities.

Staff can develop their skills and knowledge through a structured programme of training and development, which is available to new and existing employees. The company is an equal opportunities employer and committed to championing diversity and accessibility in the workplace. Everyone's voice has value.

Job opportunities reflect the scale of this large business, which operates across the UK, United States and Canada. It began in 1969 when Gerry Mason, the father of current CEO Ged Mason, founded J Morson & Co Ltd in 1969 in on office under the stairs of his family home in Eccles, Salford.

Working in the aerospace, automotive, construction, IT, maritime and rail sectors, it operates around the world. The Morson Charity Committee was founded in 2007 and each year workers vote to select two charitable organisations to raise vital funds for, one local organisation and one national. The nomination of a local charity often stems from the personal experience of an employee. In 2020 it supported Kidscan and Acorns.
