Openwork, one of Britain's biggest financial advice businesses, took pride in supporting not only staff during the pandemic, but also dozens of charities. The Openwork Foundation, the company's charitable arm, increased its grant budget by 25% to £400,000 and awarded funding to a number of charities.
The Foundation has raised more than £18million for disadvantaged children and young adults both in the UK and abroad since its launch. The funds are distributed to national, local, and overseas projects nominated by Openwork's advisers and staff.
Ever-present in the UK's financial advice market for over 45 years, Openwork has a strong shareholder base and 4,000 financial advisors.
The wellbeing of staff is a priority for the organisation. The Openwork Partnership believes that everyone should be able to balance a successful career with their commitments and interests outside of work and have therefore created a flexible working culture for all employees.
The Openwork Partnership is proud to be an Equal Opportunities Employer and works hard to ensure that it maintains an environment that is free of discrimination and harassment, with an Equality and Diversity Policy and an established Inclusion Action Group in place.
