Together Financial Services Ltd is a specialist lender, and has been working in the specialist secured lending market for over 40 years. They offer short-term finance, auction finance, personal, commercial, buy-to-let mortgages and secured loans. They were founded in 1974 and now have over 500 employees under the leadership of Henry Moser, founder and Group Chief Executive Officer. Together Financial Services hosts a quarterly Long Service Awards to recognise service from five years. Family members join in with people from across the business. Their last event was attended by over 150 people and, over the course of a year, almost everyone attends their own celebration. The company works to empower teams by developing events that are appropriate to them and the size of their departments. For example, their biggest department holds ‘Getting to Know You' meals to encourage people who don't interact on a daily basis to get together.
