Topps Tiles are the UK's leading specialist tile retailer. It opened its first store in Sale, Manchester in 1963 and is currently led by Chief Executive Officer Matthew Williams. Topps Tiles has 373 stores across the UK and incorporates the talents of 1,500 specialist experts. During maternity/paternity and all other forms of family leave, they communicate key business updates and changes where appropriate. They offer 20 weeks full pay for maternity/shared parental/adoption leave and two weeks full pay for paternity leave. They are supportive of flexible working both prior to, and following maternity/paternity leave and have several cases to support this at all levels of the business. Store bonuses are based on a balanced scorecard which enables colleagues in stores to earn a bonus every quarter if the store meets sales targets. Under this bonus scheme, store employees can earn up to 25% of their annual salary.
