EIGHT OUT OF 10 of Trent & Dove Housing's workforce of 161 people took part in voluntary activities in the past year during work time. Staff at the housing association in Burton-upon- Trent have helped restore a local beauty spot and say the organisation makes it is easy to be eco-friendly (80%, a top 10 result among small organisations in our survey). There were no redundancies in the past year and workers feel their jobs are secure (68%). Even if they had a job to go to, they wouldn't leave tomorrow (75%). www.trentanddove.org
