The 165 employees of town planner and urban designer Turley Associates are all stakeholders in a £1m-a-year profit-share scheme. They are happy with pay and benefits (77%) and say the firm, based in Manchester and eight other sites, is run on strong principles (84%). It invests £400 per head on wellness annually.
