Two Rivers Housing provide homes people can afford to rent and are proud to live in, plus a range of services to residents and the wider community that builds safe, successful neighbourhoods. Run by Chief Executive Garry King, the company is an independent, not-for-profit organisations that owns nearly 4,000 across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. Five per cent of their employees are apprentices and they are employed in several different disciplines, including: business administration, marketing, customer services, carpentry, plumbing and IT at levels 2 and 3. In addition, they offer secondment opportunities for employees to increase skills and knowledge, to better understand the organisation and sector and to develop confidence and competence. To continue their development, employees are provided with statutory training courses, and skills are also updated regularly with certified training. All employees have access to the online e-learning system and resource library to improve knowledge outside of their role.
