Communications agency VCCP exists to challenge siloed thinking. Whether it's a brand-new brand or an existing brand that is looking to reinvent itself, VCCP loves to work with clients who have a challenger mindset and want to create disruption in the market rather than simply reflect the status quo.
A new and better type of agency, VCCP was formed around a London kitchen table in 2002, by four founding partners who were united in their desire to challenge the bad habits of the big agencies they had worked at before.
It now has multiple locations worldwide and offers services from customer experience design and digital communications to advertising and events.
Communication was key during the pandemic and the launch of the ‘Thrive' intranet site provided employees with a one-stop information shop. Content includes ‘Not Alone', a series of short videos in which members of staff spoke openly and honesty about living in lockdown, a careers section and details of VCCP's charitable and environmental activities.
Other initiatives have included protected lunch breaks, shorter meetings, protected time for working parents, team exercise classes and drop-in mental health first aid sessions.
Employees are encouraged to be their best – and enjoy themselves while they are doing it.
