Victory Housing Trust are a housing association and registered charity that provides affordable housing to those in need. Victory employs 85 people and is based in North Walsham. The organisation has an annual turnover of £22 million, has built over 500 new affordable homes since 2006, and is committed to improving the communities within which it works. Currently, the company owns and manages 5,000 properties primarily, in the north of Norfolk, which provide homes to over 10,000 residents. The leader of the organisation, Chief Executive, John Archibald, hot desks and sits within different teams to engage with employees on a day-to-day basis. John uses social media to acknowledge team efforts, and has adopted a more casual and relaxed dress code to make him more approachable. He rewards teams with doughnuts or similar treats and actively asks for good news stories to promote.
