Vindis Group was founded in 1960, in Sawston. Vindis Group is based within the automotive sector and offers mobility solutions designed to meet the changing needs of society.

In terms of Manufacturer provided initiatives, circa. 70% of employees are currently participating in a structured training route, primarily relevant to their current role. They also have access to additional learning modules, which can be booked via an online Learning Management System.
In terms of the Vindis Group, all employees have access to an ‘Internal Training Prospectus’. This details the circa. 30 training/development modules that have been designed specifically for the Vindis Group, via the internal training team.
Management Teams strive to then ensure that employees are provided with opportunities to ‘practice’ new skills and competencies. The Company also provides access to three tiers of leadership development programme - all of which culminate in an annual Graduation Event; as well as onboarding circa. 15-20 apprentices annually.
