Founded March 2007, the year 2010 proved to be a pivotal moment in the history of Virtual1 as they launched their award-winning customer management portal, '1Portal'. The portal allows partners to quote, order and manage all of their services in real time. This innovative product allowed them to have a competitive edge and they continue to invest in innovation to create new products and services. Whilst Virtual1 continues to grow in size, it is paramount to them that they never lose their family feel which creates a fantastic working culture where everyone is treated equally. A way that they maintain this is by operating an open floor policy within their working environment, meaning no employee is isolated. After listening to their employees, Virtual1 have recently announced some exciting changes to their core working hours to increase work life balance, as well as giving staff the opportunity to work from home.
