Since its formation five years ago, housing association, VIVID, has always put people centre stage. As a leading provider of affordable homes in the South of England, VIVID has 32,000 homes and 72,000 customers across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex and has an ambitious programme to build a further 17,000 over the next 10 years.

Its 900-strong workforce is made up of trade operatives, office staff and remote workers and all have an important role to play in realising VIVID's vision.
