IT services provider Wanstor helps organisations to become more productive, more profitable, and more agile by empowering them with best-in-class technologies and expert teams.

Founded in 2002 by Peter Lukes, the organisation has grown over the years and now has a team of over 240 employees. Wanstor is a close-knit team that is passionate about learning and development and the organisation likes to grow its talent within, encouraging and supporting its employees as they work towards the next step in their career.

Wanstor firmly believes in the value of continuous feedback, which is why it goes beyond conducting annual appraisals. The organisation’s approach involves monthly meetings with team members to discuss their performance and progress. This encourages employees to reflect on their future and consider the progression of their careers.

The organisation recognises that it has many different departments, and it embraces the fact that employees may not have a set career path when they join. Instead, Wanstor actively encourage its employees to explore their individual interests and passions and has a history of its people successfully transitioning into entirely different teams.

To support individuals in achieving their goals, it has implemented a formal fast-track training programme. This initiative allows employees to progress to senior team positions within a short space of time.

Additionally, Wanstor offers a company mentor programme where anyone can become a mentor or mentee. This allows employees to receive valuable career guidance from individuals who have already embarked on a similar journey.
