West Kent's highest scoring factor is My Team, earning an 81% positive score overall. They enjoy the regular team meetings and awaydays and find their colleagues fun to work with (85%). Every month there is an update on what the different teams are doing and the challenges they are facing, so that all West Kent employees are kept abreast of developments. There is a very supportive culture at West Kent, especially when it comes to career progression.
