Nexus has introduced a Wellness Week initiative. Held over 5 days, they have offered a number of different events to enhance the wellbeing of employees. Events have included; massage service, spa / aromatherapy session, mental health guidance and support, and financial guidance sessions.

Newhall have their own holistic room complete with a therapist's treatment table. A beauty/health therapist who offers a wide range of treatments from manicures, facials and haircuts to massages, visits on a regular basis - employees just contact her when they want her to visit.

Colt Car Company have a charity action group. This group enables all employees to choose a local charity for the company to support for a 12 month period. All monies raised is matched by the company.
Colt have created DRIVE (their values name) awards, and regularly share with all their people the great work / behaviours employees are being recognised for. They are working to get the values even more visible around the business and they are also creating a values tool to support recruitment and development.
