Opus have a monthly newsletter within which they have a section named 'Lets talk Opus'. This gives employees the opportunity to anonymously put forward any questions, challenge anything or discuss topics they deem important.

Newhall have competitions for employees that allows for their Call Centre Agents to win points for sales on a monthly basis, with winners receiving surprise presents.

Newhall encourage all staff to be proactive in improving their own environmental performance by using the paper and cardboard recycling stations provided in each office and using the mugs and glasses provided to everyone rather than disposable items.
