Andrews & Partners Ltd are a property services group whose services include surveying, mortgage services, leasehold management and corporate portfolio management. The company also offers an estate and letting agency as part of their services. Uniquely, they are owned by two registered charitable trusts which guides their values of integrity and transparency. Led by Group Chief Executive David Westgate, the residential property specialist was established in 1946 and has 65 locations around the UK. The company runs a series of wellbeing initiatives for their staff, including gym discounts and an occupational health scheme. In this programme, employees are offered a range of benefits to support them in everyday life, including an Employee Assistance Programme and a Healthy Living tool. On becoming a manager, all employees have an in-depth probationary training period ensuring all legal and regulatory knowledge is present. After that, business management and people skills are assessed through their performance management process.
My team is fun to work with
Employees are trained through the use of in-house training videos, and bite-size learning through a self-service system of webinars. They also have a YouTube channel providing training videos for all staff to access additional support.
