In this video, the organisation discusses its strategic focus and how this links to the work of the employees, and how to keep focus and momentum on the things that will drive the business. The organisation also uses this opportunity to celebrate successes relating to its client journey and values.

Every quarter the organisation has a Team Member Roadshow. Each roadshow has a theme and consists of a celebration of the organisation’s successes. It has its values awards and trains team members on the chosen theme. Teams are made up from employees across the business allowing colleague to meet new people and share ideas.

Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists have developed an internal programme aimed at creating world class practice managers. The organisation runs several development courses throughout the year that are open to all employees. The organisation is committed to further development opportunities and plans to implement more courses in the future.

The first module was a two-day course called ‘Greatness Starts with You’. This provided managers with the key building blocks they need to create a world class practice.
