The Senior Management Team at Blenheim and Pye are dedicated to organisational clarity, setting clear goals and linking them to individual employees through its goal setting and personal development process. Our Teams foster the company's behaviours, embedding them throughout the employee journey, from recruitment to induction and beyond. These behaviours - sharing a sense of belonging, showing honesty with kindness, relishing a new challenge every day, keeping promises, and making history - are woven into all processes and policies.

Blenheim and Pye encourages cross-team collaboration and participation in a range of events to foster a sense of belonging. The company also has several forums dedicated to different aspects of mental and physical health, including Wellbeing Ambassadors, the Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging forum and Green Champions. The organisation has a strong focus on wellbeing and offers a 24/7 Employee Helpline and have trained wellbeing ambassadors. Diversity training is also provided, underscoring the company's commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace environment.

Lastly, Blenheim’s "Sharing a Sense of Belonging Timetable" offers a variety of activities like paddleboarding, tree planting, and bingo, and it hosts two staff parties per year for everyone to celebrate the hard work that has been demonstrated across the company.
