The National Housing Federation (NHF) aim to support the work of housing associations and campaigns for better housing and neighbourhoods across the UK. With a mission to support and promote the work of housing associations, the organisation is passionate about what it does. By 2019, their members will be independent, private businesses that exist for social good, taking charge of their own destiny and providing the homes the country needs. The NHF pride themselves on putting their members at the heart of everything they do, and work together as one team to deliver their mission. The NHF prove dedication to its employees through various initiatives, and recently introduced a fostering policy to further commit to being family friendly. Chief Executive David Orr is visible, responsive and appreciative of the contribution each and every team member makes towards the organisation's mission. He also sends a card to each member of staff each year, featuring a personal message about their work and achievements.
