Happiness at work is a core value of this company, which grew from another firm created by founders Saurav Chopra and Chieu Cao in 2011. It now employs 97 people, yet despite expansion it retains a sense of family (89% positive). The London-based outfit serves as an employee benefits platform and offers perks aplenty to its own workforce. Free food, drinks and sports facilities are available to all. There's also tea and biscuits in a break-out area with arcade machines, a table tennis table and a PlayStation 4. Monthly meetings bring everyone together with pizza, and at 5pm on Friday a drinks trolley appears, often pushed by the firm's latest recruit: a great way to meet the team.
