Robinwood Activity Centre are a provider of residential activity holidays for Key stage 2 primary school groups. The company was started by Martin Vasey, running course for groups of up to 40 children in 1994 and has expanded every year since then under his leadership. Although now providing courses for more than 40,000 children each year, the core commitments remain the same. Robinwood truly make a positive difference in the development of children, achieving rebooking levels in excess of 93% and outstanding recommendations. The quality of the team is the reason for their success and they are committed in the broadest sense to continued investment in that team. Looking after every team member, keeping them engaged, and providing opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level is central to the ethos of the company. If the staff are happy, they will provide a better service for the customer. All team members have the opportunity to go on staff development days, allowing them to progress their skills whilst having fun on a day out canoeing or climbing.
