Think Jam's wellbeing programme consists of a mindfulness ‘lunch and learn' training presentation, covering tips on how to introduce mindfulness in the workplace. In addition, they have a ‘reclaim your lunch break' activity programme including walking groups, knitting and drawing, and they offer a mindfulness training allowance of up to £100/$100.
