Welcomm Communications have gone from being the first mobile retailer in the Midlands to the large communications specialist of today. They offer a complete suite of communications solutions across mobile, fixed line, telephony, and hosted and managed services. Based in Market Harborough under Chief Executive Officer Aidan Piper, Welcomm have nearly 30 years' experience, plus the expertise and infrastructure to consult, deliver and support customer business communication needs. All staff are regularly trained to ensure they're accredited and qualified in customer service and support. Each customer gets their own dedicated account manager to review usage and spend and advise on new solutions. Behind all this is a customer-care team to enhance the mobile service Welcomm offer and an in-house unified support and engineer team. This ensures the implementation and support of digital, fixed, hosted and telephony services maintain the highest standards. In 2018, Welcomm won the title of O2 Best Direct Partner of the Year.
