People's Partnership, a unique financial services company, puts people at the

heart of what it does. Originally established by unions and employer federations to aid

construction workers, the organisation has expanded over eight decades, and through

its product – People’s Pension – its purpose is to help people build financial foundations

for life.

awards. Leadership development is a priority, with the Aspire Programme supporting

emerging leaders and the Transformational Manager Programme offering coaching and

e-learning for experienced managers.
