Founded in 2008, The Private Office is a firm of chartered independent financial advisers united by one vision: to provide personal and tailored wealth management services to those in search of stability and guidance.

The Private Office operates as any traditional family office would, taking a broad and holistic view of its personal and financial situation.

To help achieve its goals, The Private Office use the following core values to focus all areas of their work: Deliver on Promises, Do the Right Thing, Make a Difference and Embrace Change. These values are representative of the approach of every team member at The Private Office.

The organisation’s culture is one that encourages growth, hard work, teamwork and friendship. There is a definite family feel and all colleagues are treated as equal. All ideas are welcomed and considered. All colleagues take pride in their work and ownership in the company, particularly as they are all shareholders in the business.

The Private Office offers a range of training courses to support its employees growth. It has a two year graduate programme to fast track employees towards becoming a Financial Adviser, and a six month Trainee Adviser Academy where participants can gain a comprehensive understanding of the organisation’s proposition and of the wider industry, preparing them to handle client meetings effectively and become a regulated IFA.

The organisation also has a 12 month Paraplanner Academy which is dedicated to training and honing the skills of trainee paraplanners within the organisation.
