Wales & West Housing Group has a vision to achieve strong, sustainable growth to make a difference to people's lives, homes and communities. The parent company own more than 12,000 high quality, affordable homes in 15 local authority areas across Wales. These include more than 3,000 dedicated properties for older people as well as innovative supported housing solutions for people with a range of particular needs. The group has two subsidiary companies, Castell Ventures Limited, delivering catering and care services to people living and working with Wales & West Housing properties. This includes its extra care housing schemes, supported living services and general housing. Secondly, Cambria Maintenance Services Limited undertakes a wide range of housing maintenance works across North, Mid, South and West Wales with offices in Cardiff and Ewloe. Everyone within the group is connected because they come to work to put customers at the centre of what they do and support each other in achieving their vision of 'Strong sustainable growth to make a difference to people's lives, homes and communities'. The group believe in heroes. Not super heroes, but everyday heroes who make a difference a task at a time and a contact at time. Whatever an employees role, their contribution matters.
