Brother Marcus, an East Med-inspired restaurant group, has cultivated a reputation for more than just its award-winning brunches and mezze. Since its founding in 2016 by friends Tasos Gaitanos and Alex Large, the company has grown to seven locations across London, with an eighth set to open in Canary Wharf.

Their success is rooted in a culture built on their core values of kefi (joy), integrity, curiosity, and persistence. These values, inspired by their extensive travels through the East Med, not only shape the guest experience but also serve as a guiding force for how the team works together, ensuring everyone leaves happy, from guests to employees. Brother Marcus’ commitment to its people and its values recently earned it the Emerging Brand award at the Peach 20/20 Hero & Icon Awards 2024 and MCA Awards 2025.
