Build Concierge's mission is to empower service businesses with AI. Its customer engagement platform allows customers to run lean, scale with confidence and grow without limits.
Target industries include: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drainage, fire and security, facilities management and more.
Its AI-powered Concierge Receptionist answers customer and engineer calls around the clock, triggering next steps automatically. Concierge Advisor sits on a customer's website, giving visitors instant responses and support. Concierge Support then brings every channel into one view, keeping all customer conversations together in one place, all powered by AI for a better, smarter customer experience.
Build Concierge was founded in 2024 by serial entrepreneur Martin Port. The beta version of the platform launched in January 2025, welcoming its first customers in October 2025, and Build Concierge went live in January 2026. The company reached £1m in annual recurring revenue within its first four months of going live.
Every Friday, the company provides the team with a bagel lunch, and a separate weekly “Lunch and Build” brings everyone together to share learnings. Build Concierge prides itself on training and promoting its people; several have progressed from junior to senior roles within the company already. Colleagues nominate each other weekly for a ‘Green Flag’, which champions outstanding effort. Team contributions are also celebrated twice yearly through the CEO Stars programme.
