Energy data provider ElectraLink is at the heart of a fast-changing business landscape. And it aims to keep pace inside the organisation too – constantly adapting to what employees ‘expect and deserve.'

The London-based company is helping the energy market transition to a flexible, low-carbon future through data, intelligence and infrastructure. It supports decision-makers in utilities and Government, the development of apps and informs brokers.

A key tool in an ever-changing industry demands a 'diverse, driven team.' And ElectraLink does this through personalised training, performance-related rewards and ensuring its employees – a team around 90-strong – can give their all at work and home.

Staff can opt for an early finish on Fridays and will soon enjoy the benefits of a four-day working week following two successful pilots shaped by the company's employee forum.

And ElectraLink has listened to employees on what other initiatives would make the company an even better place to work. It's introduced substantial critical illness cover and 'gold standard' private healthcare to support employees with new or long-standing conditions.

Striving to be a 'people-centric' organisation, ElectraLink has hosted its first-ever people conference focused purely on how its employees work together. And two-way communication is highly valued, with bi-weekly company meetings hosted by the CEO with time for feedback and questions.

Ultimately, ElectraLink aims to recognise 'the sensational contributions of all employees', continually working 'to create an environment of excellence, trust, respect, and accountability'.

All employees outside of the senior management team received a one-off £2000 cost-of-living payment in 2022.
