Financial business support company Fintel empowers employees to find top talent that shares its vision and values.
Its team of around 500 staff get £1,000 each for a successful hire, supported through bitesize training sessions on headhunting strategies and how to expand their networks.
This emphasis on "making things happen" has also expanded its business from one that initially supported independent financial advisors to one that now serves "thousands of intermediary firms, hundreds of product providers and millions of consumers" through business support, fintech and research.
