Keech Hospice Care are an adult and children's hospice that exist to provide high quality accessible specialist palliative care and to work in partnership to influence and educate others in end of life care.

The charity aims to lead the way in providing excellent care, supporting children and adults with life-limiting conditions and those affected by death and dying, helping them to live well and make every day count.

In the grounds it has a children's garden that is purpose-built to meet the needs of those with life-limiting conditions. As well as garden toys that encourage the children to be active, it also has super-sized garden percussion instruments that turns the garden into a sensory experience.

Keech Hospice Care has been lead by Chief Executive Officer Liz Searle since 2016, who first joined the company in 2012 when she was appointed to lead and manage all the clinical services.

Those making the switch from the NHS to Keech Hospice care can look forward to a smooth transition with the charity reimbursing all nurses for their NMC registration, providing excellent support with revalidation and even help carry over NHS pensions.

As part of its 'Good to Great' journey, the hospice are keen to listen to its staff and learn from their experiences, constantly improving the way it works to ensure both colleagues and their patients are supported.
