At Kubus Group, ‘everybody’s opinion counts.’ The IT reseller attributes its success and continual evolution to its engaged and innovative employees.

The Gloucestershire-based company – which specialises in networking, cyber security, servers and storage – uses solutions from leading names such as Cisco, Juniper and Dell to get its customers the right IT infrastructure for their needs.

The team of around 70 employees supports companies of all sizes wherever they’re based and counts large retail brands and public sector organisations among its clients.

Kubus Group takes heed of its employees’ opinions and guidance, seeing them as a ‘trusted and valuable asset’ to boost innovation. It also listens to their views on what would make the business an even better place to work. As a result, working hours have been reduced from 40 to 37 per week.

And the company ‘hugely encourages’ personal and professional development. Employees can choose what training or qualifications they’d like to pursue, with the team becoming qualified in areas as diverse as HR, finance and operations and logistics.

At Kubus Group, wellbeing continues to be a growing focus. An Employee Assistance Programme is available to all, and free healthcare incentivises staff to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. And a coffee van is arranged on national mental health days to encourage colleagues to get together and chat.
