Big enough to deliver, small enough to care is the mantra at ambitious Oracle consultancy, Namos Solutions.

The London-based private enterprise, which also has offices in Edinburgh and the US, works where ever its clients need it.

During the pandemic it created the “Culture Club” to engage staff across the business in social activities to keep them feeling connected and provide opportunities for team building.

Founded in 2012 as a specialist Oracle application and database partner with only two employees, Namos received Platinum Partner status three years later, delivering to a variety of global clients. Customers include Portsmouth City Council, The University of Manchester, Paddy Power and Amnesty International.

Namos specialises in the implementation and support of Oracle ERP, EPM and HCM business solutions, both in the Cloud and on-site. With expertise spanning multiple industries and skillsets, its clients increasingly look to Namos to advise them on identifying opportunities for digital transformation or improvement through customisation.

The senior management team champion the company's values and aim to ensure its day to day activities reflect the vision and principles that the private company was founded upon.

When the lockdown hit, founder and chief executive, Chris Mason, held one-to-ones with every employee to see how they were coping with working remotely and the associated challenges. He also sent thank you cards to recognise the contribution of individuals and has held regular company calls to share information and give staff an opportunity to ask questions.

Namos has introduced a Veterans Recruitment Programme, providing armed forces service leavers an opportunity to retrain. The firm also runs an intensive one year cloud graduate scheme where trainees work closely with an assigned buddy and attend Namos Boot Camp.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
